REFUND POLICY

VALIGO Refund Policy

At VALIGO, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

We offer a 45-day return policy, meaning you have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Returns must be initiated by contacting our Customer Support Team at contact@valigosuitcases.com.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification are not eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@valigosuitcases.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible by offering either a replacement or a full refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@valigosuitcases.com.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
